best to call ahead your order to assure availability. Bea's
is sorry that we are currently unable to ship our pies
Why are Bea’s pickles so popular?
Bea's offers over 35 varieties of pickles and relishes. All of our
pickles are hand packed and registered with the FDA for quality
assurance. Approximately 85% of our cucumbers are raised
organically from a local grower. Last year we packed over 10 tons
of cucumbers. Our signature item is our
Bread & Butter Pickles,
which has been awarded the
Wisconsin State Seal of Excellence Award.
What’s the difference between Jam and Preserves?
Jams and preserves are interchangeable terms. Jams or preserves are
each made from the entire fruit, while jelly is made from the
extracted juice. Our jams and jellies are all made in small batches
entirely by hand. The average batch only yields 12 to 15, 10oz.
jars. We make over 70 varieties of jams and jellies, ranging from
the most common Strawberry Jam to the more unique Dandelion Jelly.
Last year we canned over 18 thousand gallons of jam and jelly. Our
Chopped Cherry Jam,
Cherry Plum Jam
and
Door
Delite Jam
have all won the
Wisconsin State Seal of Excellence Award.
