It’s a Weekend of Family Fun with Rogue Theater
1:00 AM - 1:00 AM
Saturday, August 1st, the students in Rogue Theater’s Children’s Theater Camp will be presenting “Dr. Frankenstreudel’s Lemon Fresh Laboratory of Horrors” by Jeannette Jaquish. Students have worked on scripts, set design, costumes, and props. Together they will be presenting a public performance of their work, Saturday, Aug. 1, 2:00 at the Jaycee Hall, 340 Jaycee Ct. Sturgeon Bay. Suggested $5 donation at the door.
On Sunday, August 2, Rogue Theater is giving a free show to the public at Martin Park in Sturgeon Bay. They will be hosting the “Discover Wisconsin Beer and Brat Garden Tour” from 11:00 to 5:00 serving beer, brats, Bavarian pretzels Sprecher Root Beer, and other Sprecher Brews. The show will start about 1:00 with excerpts from their smash comedy “The Golden Age of Comedy” (a collection of skits from the great TV shows of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s). Rogue’s children’s theater camp will be the warm-up act presenting this year’s kids camp show “Dr. Frankenstreudel’s Lemon Fresh Laboratory of Horrors”. A funny yet informative piece about science, bravery, and teamwork. Extremely family friendly shows and admission is free for everyone.
