This will be a casual, fun and innovative way to demonstrate ways to improve the quality of women’s lives and it's all under one roof.  The Expo will feature mini-lectures, therapies, interactive activities and, workshops, and demonstrations that will give women information they need to take charge of their lives by creating balance, reducing stress and developing a formula for healthy and more relaxing lifestyles.
 
Bring your daughter, your mother, your aunt, your grandmother, your sister; all women are invited to celebrate this Women’s expo at the PlymouthArtsCenter where we offer you a balance of education, reducing stress and developing a formula for healthy and more relaxing.
