Hello, I am Jody Anderson and I would like to help you Succeed in your health and wellness.  I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Counselor.  My passion for helping others achieve their personal health goals has led me on a journey to start my own health counseling business- Succeed Health, LLC. 

As a nurse, I always knew there was more to helping patients heal, than just giving them medicine.  The body has an innate ability to heal itself and flourish, epecially with the support of whole nutrition-for the body, mind and spirit!  

My education and training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, has provided a comprehensive curriculum, that explores more than one hundred dietary theories and studies a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, and my experience as a Registered Nurse, I help clients create a completely personalized “roadmap to health".   My program focuses on the client's unique health needs, their body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I understand how busy life can be!  It's easy to put your own health needs aside and focus on kids, school, work, and extracurricular activities.  Although these are important, there is no bigger investment than your own health and the health of your family!    My goal as a Health Counselor is to help clients find what works best for them, to create a successful strategy for better health.
