The Green Bay Blizzard were not able to keep its momentum rolling off last week’s win over Nebraska, losing to the league-leading Iowa Barnstormers 41-14. The Blizzard were shut out in the first half, going into the break trailing 15-0. Iowa came out strong to start the second half, scoring once again before Green Bay was able to get on the board following a Bryan Hicks touchdown pass to Chris Malott. Iowa kept the pressure on, scoring on back to back drives. Green Bay scored late in the game with a Hicks pass to Zac Richardson. Green Bay falls to 2-9 on the season.
