Courtney Wautier is the name you will see atop all the school record boards. Now Courtney (Wautier) Renard is set to turn her high school and college softball success into a state appearance as a coach.
After a four-year pitching career at UW-Oshkosh where Wautier plastered her name throughout the record books for the Titans, Wautier married her high school sweetheart Cody Renard. She then landed a teaching job in her home school district and quickly landed a job on the coaching staff. After two years assisting Pat Delcore it was announced Monday night that Renard will be the new ‘Leader of the Eagles.”
Pat Delcore was coach of Southern Door Softball for 15 years and had incredible success with the program. Renard said he is absoulutely amazing with situational softball and she learned a lot from him over the years.
