The Green Bay Packers will host the L.A. Rams Thursday at 6:00 PM to finish up the pre-season. Both teams enter the exhibition finale with a (2-1) record and have plans to rest the majority of their starters. Players like Aaron Rodgers, Jordy Nelson, Clay Matthews and Nick Perry will likely not play Thursday.
Remarkably, this is the Rams will play at Lambeau Field during the preseason. The Packers hosted the Rams just once. It came back in 1994 when the teams faced off in Madison. Thursday night marks the third preseason meeting between the teams in the last five years. The last two were played in St. Louis.
The Rams are playing in a new city and sporting new uniforms and color scheme this season. The yellow and blue has been replaced by white and blue. The new jerseys will be on display at Lambeau Field Thursday where tickets have already proved to be very easy to come by on the second hand market.
