He has not played in over 2 seasons, but former outfielder Corey Hart will now always be remembered as a Milwaukee Brewer. Hart signed a one-day contract Friday so he could file his retirement papers as a member of the Brewers before his induction into the organization’s new Wall of Honor at Miller Park. He played 13 years for the Brewers and played a major role in the organization’s renaissance in the late 2000’s. Hart’s career ended in 2015 after brief stints with the Seattle Mariners and Pittsburgh Pirates before lower body injuries claimed the rest of his days as a Major Leaguer.
