Pitcher Chase Anderson found his groove again Saturday afternoon at Miller Park as he took a no-hitter into the eighth inning and helped the Milwaukee Brewers snap a five-game skid with a 6-1 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks. It was a pitcher’s duel between Anderson and former Brewer Zach Greinke until catcher Jett Brandy cleared the bases with a three-run double in the fourth inning. The Brewers would take on additional runs in the sixth and seventh innings thanks to a Jesus Aguilar home run and a pair of RBI singles by Domingo Santana and Eric Sogard. Anderson was lifted in the eighth after Nick Ahmed opened the stanza with a base hit. Paul Goldschmidt registered the lone RBI for the Diamondbacks with a single in the ninth. The Brewers look for a series split this afternoon at Miller Park with the first pitch coming at 1:10 p.m.
