Dennis J. Struck, 90, passed away Wednesday morning, May 3, 2017 at his home in Sturgeon Bay.
He was born February 8, 1927 in Milwaukee, the son of the late Quin and Exilona (Martell) Struck. After graduating from Sturgeon Bay High School, Denny served his country during the Korean War with the United States Navy. He studied business at Marquette University in Milwaukee. Denny married Joyce Helen Amenson. She preceded him in death.
Denny retired as Vice President of California Canadian Bank in Santa Rosa, CA after a full career in the banking industry. He was also an accomplished builder and contractor throughout his life. Denny had a great artistic talent which aided him in designing and building homes, painting with various media, and doing wood carving.
He is survived by his five children, Pat Struck of Sturgeon Bay, Tom (Jill) Struck of Overland Pass, KS, Mark (Abby) of Sturgeon Bay, Tony (Corrine) Struck of Las Vegas, NV, Kelly (Guy) Haggard of Redding, CA; 12 grandchildren; and his sister, Beverly Kent of Milwaukee.
Denny was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and son, Jack.
There will be no public service at Denny’s request.
