After making Wisconsin native and former Badger Vince Beigel’s dream true with the fourth round selection of the outside linebacker, the Green Bay Packers’ focus turned to the offense on the final day of the NFL Draft. The Packers added to its stable of running backs with Jamaal Williams from BYU (4th Rd., #134), Aaron Jones from UTEP (5th Rd., #182), and Devante Mays from Utah State (7th Round, #238). In addition to drafting offensive lineman Kofi Amichia from South Florida in the 6th round, the Packers also drafted a pair of wide receivers in DeAngelo Yancey from Purdue (5th Rd., #175) and Malachi Dupre from LSU (7th Rd., #247). The Packers will continue to fill out their roster with undrafted free agents in the coming days.
