The Live Algoma Initiative hopes to continue to make progress in its mission to improve the community in several different areas. Live Algoma members provided updates on their progress during their second community conversation Wednesday evening inside the Algoma Performing Arts Center. With plenty of projects to partake in and Community Give-Back Dollars available for qualifying initiatives, Algoma Superintendent Nick Cochart says their work is not done.
Live Algoma was recently named one of 11 finalists for the Robert Wood Johnson Culture of Health Prize for its focus on sustaining positive change in building a culture of health.
