Live Algoma is one of 11 finalists for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Prize. Over 200 community entries focused on six aspects of sustaining positive change in building a culture of health. Live Algoma Community Nurse Activator Jody Anderson shares the uniqueness of their coalition.
Winners of the health prize receive $25,000 which will be announced in September. Last month, Anderson and Claire Thompson had the opportunity to present on behalf of the Live Algoma Initiative at the Communities Joined in Action national conference in San Antonio, Texas.
