High winds are being blamed for power outages across Door and Kewaunee County this morning. As of 6 a.m., close to 350 customers of Wisconsin Public Service are affected power outages. According to Wisconsin Public Service, crews have been out for the last eight hours making the necessary repairs to get power back on for 12,000 customers in the state. The National Weather Service has the area under a wind advisory until 6 p.m. today.
