The City of Algoma is considering a new “Comprehensive Plan” to help guide the city into the future on all fronts. The process will encompass all aspects of city infrastructure, but City Administrator and Clerk Jeff Wiswell says that there are three key elements that the city is looking at.
The state requires cities to renew their comprehensive plan after ten years. A series of meetings will be set up in the next several months to ensure a strong outreach to the community. A survey is available online. For further information, head to the “Comprehensive Plan” page on the Algoma City website.
