A very natural and green addition to your bedroom could be the solution to a better night’s sleep. Certain house plants have been known to help with breathing problems and reduce anxiety. Larry Maas from Maas floral and Greenhouse in Sturgeon Bay says a variety of plants can help you sleep better.
Maas says those plants are considered to be air purifiers. Other plants that emit oxygen and can help in a more restful sleep are the Spider Plant, Aloe Vera, Jasmine, and the English Ivy Plant according to Maas.
