The trial of a Green Bay man accused of supplying heroin to a Kewaunee County man that died as a result of an overdose is being heard this week in Kewaunee County Court. According to the criminal complaint, Charles Carthage is facing charges of being party to first-degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs to Andrew LeFevre of Casco who died in 2013. Carthage, 44, is currently in prison serving a five-year sentence for heroin trafficking in Brown County. The trial is scheduled to wrap up on Thursday this week. Brown County Circuit Judge Donald Zuidmulder is presiding over the case in Kewaunee County Court.
