Most high school students would be more than happy with a 4.0 GPA, but Sturgeon Bay High School has 10 high honor students going above and beyond that threshold to achieve greater success. Mariah Graul and Jenna Seiler were recently announced as the valedictorian and salutatorian of the 2017 class. High School Principal Bob Nickel shares how the students recorded the higher than perfect GPAs.
Nickel says this class has amazed him with their community service beyond the minimum school requirement of 40 hours needed for graduation.
The high school graduation ceremony at Sturgeon Bay High School will be Sunday, June 4. The junior class has their ACT testing this week, according to Nickel.
