Area ice anglers are finding that their season is quickly coming to a close. Recent warm temperatures, strong winds and rain have taken its toll out on the ice, even on smaller bodies of water in Little Sturgeon and Sawyer Harbor. Ice fishing guide JJ Malvitz says while some anglers have found it hard to drop their pole, you have to take the proper precautions.
