The village of Sister Bay continues to grow both with commercial and residential properties within the downtown. In addition to the ongoing work going on at the Braun property, Packerland Builders of DePere broke ground on a $2.5 million mixed-use development off of Mill Road. Two residential condominiums and two commercial condominiums will be a part of the project, which may already be sold according to Sister Bay Village Administrator Zeke Jackson. The rise of mixed use development in the village’s downtown is good news for Sister Bay according to Jackson.
New development is nothing new in Sister Bay with $27 million in planned starts on tap for the village.
