The Village of Egg Harbor has announced a fundraising milestone for the new library and community center that they are attempting to build. The Donald and Carol Kress Pavillion Leadership Team announced the project has accumulated over $5.5 million dollars for the pavilion. Village Administrator Ryan Heise reflected on the milestone and the people heading the fundraising duties.
The estimated cost of the total project is $6 million dollars according to the Pavillion Leadership Team. The Pavillion would not only serve as a state-of-the-art business center and library but also serving other functions as well. It also will have an upper-level event space for meetings, conferences, library activities, children’s programs, movie nights, card clubs, and family and business gatherings.
