The owner of Door Artisan Cheese Company in Egg Harbor hopes to come to an agreement with the Town of Sevastopol over its spare Class B liquor license. Master cheesemaker and Door Artisan Cheese Company owner Michael Brennenstuhl envisions guests being able to have a drink while dining at their on-site restaurant or sipping on a beverage during a taste testing while watching cheesemakers perfect their craft in a viewing area. Brennenstuhl says they are going through the process with Sevastopol town leadership and are hopeful they will be able to acquire a Class B license.
The Sevastopol Town Board delayed its decision on transferring the license until its next meeting on December 19.
