The secret is out about the Jim Olson Motors Red Zone. In its fifth year of existence, the Door County live Packers talk show has grown to an event in which you better arrive early if you want a seat. Over 120 people packed into the Ford Store Monday night to celebrate the Sturgeon Bay Youth Soccer Program. The Youth Club is comprised of 5th through 8th graders from Sturgeon Bay, St. John Bosco and Southern Door.
In hour two, two Green Bay Packers joined the broadcast and the live studio audience couldn’t get enough. Packers quarterback Brett Hundley and defensive back Josh Hawkins got an education on the game of soccer from our team of the week, signed hundreds of autographs, and posed for dozens of pictures.
The Red Zone also featured the Boys and Girls Club member of the week Austin Starr. Starr is pictured above with Brett Hundley.
The show will take a one week break for the bye week and return on Monday, October 10 with Packers quarterback Joe Callahan and fifth round draft pick out of Stanford Kyle Murphy. The Jim Olson Motors Red Zone airs between 5:30 and 7:00 PM Mondays. We will be at the Chevy or GM store October 10th.
